"The site" includes the 1) The HELIOS Support Site, 2) the HELIOS Foundation Issue Tracker and 3)  the HELIOS Foundation eLearning Environment.

All material on the site, unless otherwise clearly stated, is owned by The HELIOS Foundation for Supply Chain, who retain all rights to the content. Some of the material has come from contributing agencies and in some cases they still hold the ownership.

Before any material is reused, it is the responsibility of the person accessing the material on the site to ensure that they are not breaching any terms and conditions.

By accessing the password protected parts of the site you also agree completely to the terms of the linked Non-disclosure Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, all material are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. Commercial use of the materials is allowed, providing that the source of the material is clearly conveyed and that any derivative works are made freely available under the same licence.
